vanilla bean tincture
vanilla planifolia tincture

Notes:
Vanilla tinctures for perfumery use are made with perfume alcohol, ethyl alcohol denatured with diethyl phthalate, brucine sulfate or the like. These tinctures can not be used in flavors. Furthermore, it is generally necessary to maintain a high alcohol percentage in tinctures for perfumes since other perfume materials are not soluble in diluted alcohol. The aromatic principles in the vanilla fruit are more soluble in diluted alcohol than in pure ethyl alcohol. the alcoholic solution of macerated vanilla planifolia.

      Vanilla Indonesian 15% Tincture
Eleonora Scalseggi has this to say about Vanilla Indonesian 15% Tincture: “Like with countless other aromatic materials, differences in soil, climate and curing techniques yield differences in aroma profile. This Indonesian grown vanilla goes beyond the classic planifolia aroma we all know and love adding a rum soaked raisins inference (think of a fulsome Malaga ice-cream).

Vanilla Madagascan Premium Bourbon 20% Tincture
Eleonora Scalseggi has this to say about Vanilla Madagascan Premium Bourbon 20% Tincture: “One of the strongest vanilla tinctures on offer at Hermitage, it will strike you with its strong, almost sharp liquorice, burnt sugar and above all its decidedly woody character. Possibly the darkest and woodiest vanilla tincture, as it evolves it reveals a lavish dark chocolate side. Only as the hours go by it will become sweeter and brighter, with light woods and milk chocolate nuances alongside the delicious strong vanillin notes.

Vanilla Madagascar Premium Gourmet Bourbon 15% Tincture
Eleonora Scalseggi has this to say about Vanilla Madagascar Premium Gourmet Bourbon 15% Tincture: “A great classic, this is a very well balanced and possibly the most famous vanilla material. Obtained from the best grade of bourbon vanilla pods available on the market and usually intended for high end restaurants and patisseries, this vanilla has a deep, rich, complex aroma, woody but never too dark, harmoniously sweet and creamy and of course sparkling with natural vanillin in its dry-down.
