Odor: characteristic Use: The essential oil of blue Tansy is dark blue in color with a high azulene content and a sweet, herbaceous aroma. This EO is not related to German chamomile although, due to its high azulene content, may be substituted for German chamomile. Some users recommend this EO for asthma blends, as well as for arthritis and muscle blends. Others report good results as a gentle blend, well diluted, for relief of radiation burns. Blends well with pine and cypress. This EO may be used in a blend up to 4%. |
