Odor: characteristic Use: Palmatine has been used in the treatment of jaundice, dysentery, hypertension, inflammation, and liver-related diseases.
This compound could potentially be developed for the treatment of flavivirus infections
Palmatine is an inhibitor of dopamine generation. It also acts as a selective topoisomerase I and II position and as vasodilator that effectively reduces Ca2+ concentrations.
Palmatine caused strong fluorescence quenching of Hb by the static quenching mechanism, but with differing quenching efficiencies. |
