The seeds are harvested, if necessary comminuted, extracted with water and filtrated. The filtrate is then concentrated and carefully spray-dried with maltodextrin. The concentrated extract is prepared in a mixture of water, glycerin and preservatives and clear filtrated after an individual ripening time. 1 kg Extrapone® Quinoa GW contains the hydrophilic ingredients of approx. 40 g seeds.
