Odor: characteristic Use: Polydatin has been shown to inhibit platelet aggregation and elevate the ratios of LDL-C/HDL-C and TC/HDL-C. Myocardial cell, white blood cell, vascular smooth muscle cell, and endothelial cell studies report that Polydatin can inhibit ICAM-1 expression, elevate Ca2+, weaken white blood cell-endothelial cell adhesion, and activate KATP channels.
Polydatin preconditioning (PPC) has been reported to be protective against brain and intestine ischemia/reperfusion injury. It also exerts cardioprotective effect by the activation of PKC-K(ATP)-dependent signaling and the direct anti-oxidative stress mechanisms.
Polydatin affects lipopolysaccharide‘s induction on VEC ICAM-1;Polydatin affects the neutrophils’s chemotaxis reaction inspired by lipopolysaccharide; Polydatin affects smooth muscle and Cardiomyocytes PKC under the situation of ischemia, hypoxia, burn serum, and LPS; Polydatin was used in treating severe Acute Pancreatitis in the early stage; Polydatin affects TLR4 when reducing the injury occurred during perfusing blood to ischemic Rabbit lung; Experiments and researches both in vitro and in vivo on of Polydatin curing Viral Myocarditis. |
