phytic acid
myo-Inositol hexakis(phosphate)

Notes:
complexing agent for removal of traces of heavy metal ions. it acts also as a hypocalcemic agent. Widely distributed in many higher plants. The Ca salt is used as a sequestrant in food flavouring Phytic acid (known as inositol hexakisphosphate (IP6), or phytate when in salt form) is the principal storage form of phosphorus in many plant tissues, especially bran and seeds. Phytate is not digestible to humans or non-ruminant animals. Morever, it chelates and thus makes unabsorbable certain important minor minerals such as zinc and iron, as well as macro minerals such as calcium and magnesium to a lesser extent. (Wikipedia)
