The ripe grapefruit-, orange-, kiwi- and apple fruits are cleaned and comminuted. The juices are obtained by squeezing and filtration and are concentrated by distillation at low temperatures. The almond extract is won by ethanol-water extraction of almond bran and following concentration. The concentrated fruit juices, the almond extract and the malic acid are prepared in a mixture of water, butylenes glycol and preservatives and clear filtrated after individual ripening time. 1 kg Actipone® Alpha Pulp contains the juices and the extract of approx. 810 g fresh fruits and sweet almond kernels.
